2023 California Chardonnay
Our 2023 William Hill Estate California Chardonnay is a rich, flavorful and fruit-forward expression of this perennial favorite variety. Notes of baked apple crisp, ripe apricot and bright citrus at the forefront are balanced with hints of toast, vanilla cream and a light touch of oak. The wine is smooth and layered with a medium-bodied palate and a long finish.
2023 California Sauvignon Blanc
Our crisp, bright and refreshing California Sauvignon Blanc opens with generous aromas of green apple, tropical fruit and citrus. These are carried through to the palate, complemented by layered notes of ripe pear, fresh-cut lime, rope melon and pineapple. A touch of weight on the plate added to the depth of flavor, while the crisp acidity drives a long, fruit-forward finish. This wine is unbaked and does not go through malolactic fermentation, giving this a vibrant, fruit-driven taste profile.
2022 California Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2022 William Hill Estate California Cabernet Sauvignon greets you with an appealing bouquet of luscious blackberry compote and Mission plum. The palate is opulent and silky, revealing ribbons of black cherry and molasses layered with subtle hints of toasted oak and crushed dried rosemary.
2022 California Merlot
Our Central Coast Merlot is a juicy and complex wine, featuring aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and Tahitian vanilla. The plush, full-bodied palate offers notes black cherry and wild blueberry with a hint of spice on the lingering finish.
2023 California Pinot Noir
Our William Hill Estate Central Coast Pinot Noir is well-balanced and opens with delightful aromas of fresh red fruit with hints of oak and baking spice. On the palate, supple layers of dark cherry and black currant play against bright acidity, a plush mouthfeel and a long, smooth finish.
