2022 California Chardonnay
Our 2022 William Hill Estate California Chardonnay is a rich, flavorful and fruit-forward expression of this perennial favorite variety. Notes of baked apple crisp, ripe apricot and bright citrus at the forefront are balanced with hints of toast, vanilla cream and a light touch of oak. The wine is smooth and layered with a medium-bodied palate and a long finish.
2022 California Sauvignon Blanc
Our crisp, bright and refreshing California Sauvignon Blanc opens with generous aromas of green apple, tropical fruit and citrus. These are carried through to the palate, complemented by layered notes of ripe pear, fresh-cut lime, rope melon and pineapple. A touch of weight on the plate added to the depth of flavor, while the crisp acidity drives a long, fruit-forward finish. This wine is unbaked and does not go through malolactic fermentation, giving this a vibrant, fruit-driven taste profile.
2021 California Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2021 William Hill Estate California Cabernet Sauvignon greets you with an appealing bouquet of luscious blackberry compote and Mission plum. The palate is opulent and silky, revealing ribbons of black cherry and molasses layered with subtle hints of toasted oak and crushed dried rosemary.
2020 North Coast Chardonnay
Our bright, medium-textured and food-friendly William Hill Estate North Coast Chardonnay offers fruit-forward notes of ripe melon, mandarin orange, peach and pear, underscored by complex notes of citrus blossom and brown spice. Delicately structured, this well-balanced wine has excellent acidity and a creamy mouthfeel.
2019 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
Our William Hill Estate North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon opens with plush notes of boysenberry, dark plum and black cherry. This expressive wine also reveals a richness with echoes of plum and cherry preserves that finishes beautifully with layers of dark chocolate, mocha and graham cracker. Sourced from Lake and Sonoma County, our Cabernet Sauvignon offers a smooth, rich and fruit-forward palate.
2020 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc
Our bright and highly aromatic North Coast Sauvignon Blanc opens with enticing aromas of pear, lime zest, ripe pineapple and green apple. A touch of viscosity on the palate adds to the depth of flavor, while the crisp acidity drives a long, fruit-forward honeydew melon finish. This wine is unoaked and not put through malolactic fermentation to help retain its vibrant fruit character and crisp acidity.
2019 Central Coast Merlot
Our Central Coast Merlot is a juicy and complex wine, featuring aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and Tahitian vanilla. The plush, full-bodied palate offers notes black cherry and wild blueberry with a hint of spice on the lingering finish.
2020 Central Coast Pinot Noir
Our William Hill Estate Central Coast Pinot Noir is well-balanced and opens with delightful aromas of fresh red fruit with hints of oak and baking spice. On the palate, supple layers of dark cherry and black currant play against bright acidity, a plush mouthfeel and a long, smooth finish.
